SharePoint Developer with Master Page Template Development and web part development experience

Qualifications:
a) All key personal must have a minimum of five (5) years of recent experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in designing, developing, unit testing, and implementing program and database code required for single and multiple tier business applications and systems in Distributed multi-user environments.
b) All key personal must have one (1) year of senior-level development experience with SharePoint 2010.
c) Experience with respect to the following:
i. SharePoint 2003, 2007, and/or 2010. SharePoint 2010 experience is a must.
ii. SharePoint template development.
iii. Web part development
