The client seeks a contractor resource to serve on a technical team responsible for working with a vendor on the installation of the Crossroads Womens, Infant and Children (WIC) project.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Providing senior level technical leadership and expertise in the areas of technical analysis
• project technical planning/tracking
• Validation of architecture design and security architecture
• System implementation plan
• Disaster recovery plans
• Review of methodology deployment plans
This position requires a candidate to quickly gain an understanding of business requirements and determine the impacts to systems; pay attention to detail, and possess strong problem solving skills. In addition the candidate must have the ability to explain complex system concepts to customers, staff and peers in a simple and effective manner, and be able to quickly evaluate operational situations, choose the most appropriate resolution, and manage the resolution to completion.
Required:
• Minimum of five (5) years development experience with .NET 2.0 & 4.0.
•
Visual Studio 2010, SQL Server 2008 R2, IIS 5.0 & 7.5, MQ Series,
VB.NET, WPF, WCF
• Microsoft Enterprise Application Blocks, HMTL, HTTP, XML, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, Web services.
• Experience with the development and support of technical solutions for supporting business processes
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills and a self-starter
• Provide subject matter expertise for reviews of technical procedures and documentation including disaster recovery plans, performance testing plans, security plans, detailed design and testing documents
• Ability to convey clearly verbal or written information to individuals or groups
• Experience developing Integration architectures using tools such as IBM Message Broker or WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus
