Business Analyst with MITA, Satte Self-Assessment (SS-A), MMIS, BPM and healthcare/insurance/government experience

Required:

To participate in the MITA SS-A, the selected candidate for Business Systems Analyst should possess:

1. The selected candidate should have extensive experience in State/Federal Medicaid Programs and MMIS, as well as recent experience performing MITA SS-A''''s, and demonstrate a strong working knowledge of CMS MITA Framework 3.0 and the associated Business Process Models and Business Capabilities Matrices.

2. A strong working knowledge of MITA for the Medicaid Enterprise.

3. Demonstrated leadership skills

4. Strong organizational skills

5. Strong teamwork and communication skills and the ability to work sucessfully with all levels of resources within DHHS to achieve positive outcomes

6. Strong problem solving skills

7. Ability to successfully multi-task

8. State and/or Federal government experience

Preferred:

* Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related degree preferred

* Previous MITA State Self-Assessment experience
