Project Manager (PMP) with Large IT Project/Program Management, MS Office, open text, Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and government experience
Location: Raleigh, NC
Duration: 12months
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
Required:
• Minimum of ten (10) years of IT project management experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of IT Program management experience
• Working knowledge of application development in a variety of technical platforms
• Experienced planning and management skills, including scope, estimating, budgeting and resource allocation procedures
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Proven leadership skills including team development and leadership
• Positive interpersonal skills
• Strong written and Verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects
• Strong knowledge of Program & Project Management processes and industry best practices
• Demonstrated experience managing application development teams
• Microsoft Suite experience (e.g, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills
• Proven experience managing 3rd party vendor project
• Proven experience managing large projects ( $5M)
Preferred:
• Strongly prefer PMP Certification
• Experience working in Project Management with State or Federal Government
• Experience working with Open Text implementations
• Experience working with implementations of Enterprise Content Management solutions
