Required Criteria

Five years documented experience leading and managing technical IT projects/programs.

Five years experience developing IT project documentation including project charters, plans, risk plans, communication plans, and resource plans. 

Five years experience in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using MS Project.

Five years experience using industry standard methodologies:

- SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) 

- PMM (Project Management Methodology)

- SEM (Systems Engineering Methodology)

Five years experience executing, monitoring, and controlling IT development projects.

Preferred Criteria

Five years experience supporting a project/program control/management office.

Demonstrated experience working with state/federal election related IT systems (ideally Michigan).

Knowledge of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).

PMP certification.
