Java Developer with UML, RUP, OOAD, Oracle, BEA WebLogic, OSB/ALSB, GJXDD/NIEM, SQL, QA Testing, JMS/MQ and criminal justice/government experience

This person provides the technical analysis and design for the ISSV6 project.  

Required: 
 
1. Minimum of seven (7) years Technical Analysis experience
2. Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrable experience using Unified Modeling Language (UML) for information and data modeling, at system and enterprise settings,including but not limited to: 
3. Class Diagrams
4. Activity Diagrams
5. Sequence Diagrams 
6. Experience in translating business requirements into comprehensive design requirements using Rational Unified Process (RUP) Methodology and relevant artifacts applicable to business analysis and design 
7. Minimum of five (5) years experience with object-oriented (OO) analysis and design, as well as practical experience using OO languages 
8. Minimum of five (5) years experience with Java and J2EE design and development
9. Minimum of four (4) years hands on experience with Oracle/BEA WebLogic Server and Enterprise Service Bus (OSB/ALSB) products
10. Experience in Extensible Markup Language (XML) Schema development using Global Justice XML Data Dictionary (GJXDD) and National Information Exchange Model (NIEM) 
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Desired: 
1) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field 
2) Experience with Criminal Justice integration architecture, systems, and services 
3) Expertise in writing SQL stored procedures
4) Experience with Testing Methodologies
5) Full life-cycle experience including analysis, design, development, implementation, modification, and documentation of Web Services and Java/J2EE-based applications
6) Ability to share and communicate ideas both verbally and in writing to people at various levels within the organization in a clear and concise manner that is relevant to each of the groups 
7) Experience in understanding Java Messaging Service (JMS) and IBM Websphere MQ Series messaging technologies
