Oracle DBA/data warehouse developer with SQL-PL/SQL, tuning, ETL/data mart, data migration, Cognos and Oracle Warehouse Builder Experience

Mandatory Requirements:
1.Five years experience working with oracle, with a thorough understanding of the architecture and processes of the oracle server, including Oracle 9i and/or Oracle
10g or higher.
2.Three years experience as an oracle database administrator in a production database environment.
3.Three years experience in monitoring and tuning the general performance of the oracle database.
4.Three years experience writing SQL-PL/SQL, stored procedures and triggers.
5.Three years experience in identifying business rules and database design.
6.One year experience in the transition of systems, including the transfer of knowledge and mentoring.
7.Three years experience in the design and implementation of data warehousing and data mart activities in multiple, large scale database environment.
8.Three years experience in designing strategies for migrating data from hierarchical to relational database structures, and integrating these strategies on multiple
platforms.
Desirable Experience Preferred for These Positions:
1.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Superior knowledge of the English language and elevated ability to understand and be understood.
2.Four or more years demonstrated experience working:
•In a data warehouse setting as a developer utilizing an enterprise data warehouse with dependent data marts.
•Using advanced Extract/Transform/Load techniques including bulk select, bulk insert, arrays, dynamic SQL and developing detailed incremental ETL processes.
•Building, maintaining and optimizing Data Marts for efficient usage by applications and users for such tasks as reporting.
3.Three or more years demonstrated experience:
•In an Oracle Data Warehouse as a developer performing development work.
•Using PL/SQL
•Developing and testing maps in Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB), data versioning techniques.
4.Four or more years’ experience:
•Working with users to identify complex reporting requirements.
•Presenting user-friendly reports, and providing training to end users on reporting functions.
•Recommending and developing reporting solutions using Cognos
5.Exceptional problem solving skills and superior ability to think and resolve technical issues under pressure.
