The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is reporting it has received 42,000 H-1B Regular Cap cases and 16,000 H-1B Master's Degree Exemption Cap cases, as of May 18, 2012. Based on the number of H-1B slots being filled over the last couple of weeks, it is possiblethe H-1B quota for the 2013 fiscal year may be reached before the middle of June 2012.
