Business Analyst with BRD, testing (QA), rules, security, .Net web, SQL and government experience

Mandatory Requirements:
1.Minimum of three (3) years experience: examining the methods and processes of the business flow within a diverse public or private service delivery organization.
2.Minimum of three (3) years experience: assessing and documenting existing business processes and identifying unnecessary steps.
3.Minimum of three (3) years experience: incorporating value-added steps into a new process through the translation of business practices into terminology and desk products that seamlessly merge computer and microcomputer technology with work processes.
4.Minimum of three (3) years experience:assessing and documenting existing business processes and identifying where improvements can be made or where new processes can be installed.
5.Minimum of three (3) years experience:researching “best practices” of comparable organizations and analyzing the feasibility of installing them where needed.
6.Minimum of three (3) years experience:developing new methods and procedures, implementation plans and schedules, and written reports.
7.Minimum of three (3) years experience:eliciting and documenting business, user, and system requirements.
8.Minimum of three (3) years experience: preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRD).
Desirable Experience Preferred for These Positions:
1.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Superior knowledge of the English language and elevated ability to understand and be understood.
2.Five or more years experience:
- Facilitating meetings with users to identify and gather business requirements;
- Documenting functional requirements, business rules, and complex security requirements, and analyzing these requirements for integration with existing systems/software;
- Producing Logical Design documents from which developers can code.
- Experience performing these tasks for large, complex, object-oriented .Net web systems is preferred.
3.Five or more years experience:
- Writing user acceptance test plans,
- Performing unit and regression testing,
- Supporting users during user acceptance testing.
- Experience performing these tasks for large, complex, object-oriented .Net web systems is preferred.
4.Five or more years experience:
- Performing data queries for extraction and/or validations.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction.
