Description:

The NC Department of Transportation (NCDOT) is seeking to fill a short term approx. (12 month) contractor assignment to provide a collaborative installation and configuration approach that allows for NCDOT technical staff to monitor and participate in the process as follows:

The selected candidate will be expected to:

Provide technical guidance and assistance with the Installation of the Open Text Content Server products across the following:

•Integration Environment

•QC Environment

•Production Environment

•Provide technical expertise, guidance and assistance with the Application Servers and the specific Open Text products:

•Content Server

•Archive Server

•File System Archive

•Open Text Capture Center

Provide technical expertise, guidance and assistance with the following modules:

•SharePoint AGA

•Enterprise Content

•Directory Services

•Records Management/Physical Objects

•Core CS Modules

Deliver knowledge transfer to the IT staff ongoing and throughout the engagement of this contract.

REQUIRED:

•Minimum of (3) three years experience in development on the Open Text Content Server (Livelink) enterprise content management system, specifically around Metadata taxonomy, search design, workflows, and reports

•Minimum of (3) three years experience with Microsoft SQL Server database integration and understanding of Content Server Schema as well as query optimization

•Proven experience with Open Text implementations

•Demonstrated track record of deploying and managing Enterprise Content Management applications

•Open Text administration, patch, and upgrade experience

•Records Management implementation and support experience

•Experience with Open Text core modules, Workflows, RM Module, Classifications, RM Classifications, etc

•Certification in CSC Catalyst methodology for managing enterprise information system lifecycles

•Minimum of (5)years experience in use and administration of Microsoft SharePoint

•Proven experience with Open Text SharePoint AGA design, configuration, and deployment

PREFERRED:

•Experience in integrating Open Text with SharePoint

•Experience in managing Open Text support tickets with Open Text support

•Experience in working with Open Text product managers in the facilitation of product enhancements and incidents

•Experience in upgrading Content Server (Livelink) environments

•Prior or recent government security clearance
