Description:-

This Position serves as a senior analyst/programmer and performs technical analysis, design, and coding of associated java software. This position must interact with both analysts and programmers. The individual must have the ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form, and the ability to establish and maintain a good working relationship within and outside the development teams. Expertise in the coding of criminal justice applications is highly desirable. Responsibilities will include the following.

.Analyzing requirements and designing solutions

.Designing and constructing message schemas

.Coding of user interfaces

.Unit/system testing and dedbugging

Required skills:

J2EE/Java 1.5 (n-tier enterprise java (J2EE) system/application development)

The Spring Framework

GWT (Google Web Toolkit)

WebSphere Version 7

WebSphere MQ

RAD Version 7

DB2

CVS

Strong XML Knowledge

SOAP/WSDL/XML Web Services

Oblect-Oriented Development

Strong Communications Skills

Additional Skills:

Experience related to the development or modification of major law enforcement systems or criminal justice applications.
