Cognos Developer with Oracle, SQL, RAD/JAD methodology, data modeling, and data warehousing Experience

Mandatory Requirements:
1.Must have two years of experience with 4th generation language development tools.
2.Two Years of experience in:
•Developing large mission critical applications using Client/Server implementation.
•3-Tier design, development and deployment including RAD/JAD methodology.
•Knowledge transfer, transition of systems & mentoring.
•Intra/Inter Net deployment.
Desirable Experience Preferred for These Positions:
1.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Superior knowledge of the English language and elevated ability to understand and be understood.
2.4+ years experience:
.Developing reports
.Developing & testing complex reports and cubes.
.Using Cognos web based reporting tools and PowerPlay.
.Including implementing multi-layered security through Cognos.
3.4+ years experience:
.Working with users to identify complex reporting requirements.
.Recommending and developing reporting solutions using Cognos.
.Presenting user-friendly reports, and providing training to end users on reporting functions.
4.4+ years database experience:
.Writing complex SQL and doing detailed data analysis and report validation
.Doing data modeling, data mapping and data migration.
.In a enterprise wide data warehouse.
.Utilizing an Oracle environment.
