SAP Enterprise Portal Consultant with J2EE/WebDynpro/PDK, DC, EPCF, NWDS, NWDI - DTR, CBS, CMS, FPN, CE/BPM, BSP, Java/ABAP, NW WAS, SSO, BI, Ajax/SOAP, and government experience

Required sKILLS:
•3-5 years experience with SAP Enterprise Portal including 1-2 full SAP EP project life cycle implementations
•Expertise in designing J2EE/WebDynpro/PDK based applications, development component (DC), EPCF event, design patterns/frameworks. Expertise in development using SAP NWDS, NWDI - DTR, CBS, and CMS (i.e. track, track integration and consolidation concepts)
•Expertise in portal administration, advanced concepts such as external facing portal, FPN & portal federation.
•Knowledge of CE (i.e. guided procedures/BPM, etc.)
•Experience with integrating web technologies such as BSP (Business Server Pages) and WebDynpro Java/ABAP.
•Significant knowledge & experience in portal themes, layouts, desktops, etc.
•Knowledge of business processes in SAP environment. Understanding of XML, especially with how it relates to the configuration of the universal work list
•Excellent communication skills
Preferred:
•Experience in administration of content management, user management, system administration, and knowledge management
•Knowledge of NW WAS, integrating SAP with other non-SAP applications and managing integration & SSO of SAP portal with ERP, BI and other SAP/non-SAP systems
•Development experience using Java, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, WebDynpro, XML, WSDL, SOAP, and related web services technologies. Knowledge of Basis/WAS, Transport Management, Visual admin, etc.
•Public Sector experience
NOTE
•This position will provide Enterprise Portal (EP) support for the NC Department of Transportation''s SAP environment. This environment services over 5,000 users and includes instances of ECC 6.0, BI 7.0, Business Objects, CRM, Enterprise Portal, Solution Manager, GRC, NWCE, and PI.EP support includes but is not limited to: providing guidance in aligning DOT''s business processes with SAP functionality, handling of change requests, bug/fix and possible customization, maintaining system integrity, and component integration with ECC. Additional responsibilities include developing test plans & performing system testing, writing functional & technical specifications.
•Candidates need to have solid communication skills and will be responsible for mentoring and providing knowledge transfer to other SAP team members.
