Business Analyst with testing (QA), Dreamweaver/HTML, web development projects and courts/government experience
Location: Raliegh NC (in-person interview required)
Duration: 5-36 months

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
This position serves as a senior systems analyst and performs systems analysis, design, creation of test plans and test scripts, testing, and documentation for thr Estates Expansion project. This individual must interact with analysts and programmers assigned to the project and have the ability to communicate effectively in oral or written form and maintain good working relationships within and outside the development team. Expertise in the design and implementation of court applications is highly desirable. Responibilities will include the following:
.Analysis of existing systems and needed enhancements
.Documentation of requirements
.Design of the Estates Expansion functions
.Development of system test plans and scripts
.Testing of the Estates Expansion component
.Documentation of test results
Required Skills:
Web Application Analysis and Design including ability to fully document requirements and design Testing of large, complex systems
Use of HTML or Dream weaver for screen design
Eight years of progressive systems analyst experience working with large-scale, complex on-line systems, including at least two years as a senior systems analyst on a large-scale web based project
