Business Analyst with BRD, testing (QA), rules, security, .Net web applications and government experience

Mandatory Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree
2.Minimum of five (3) years experience: Examining the methods and processes of the business flow within a diverse public or private service delivery organization.
3.Minimum of five (3) years experience: Assessing and documenting existing business processes and identifying unnecessary steps.
4.Minimum of five (3) years experience: Incorporating value-added steps into a new process through the translation of business practices into terminology and desk products that seamlessly merge computer and microcomputer technology with work processes.
5.Minimum of five (3) years experience: Assessing and documenting existing business processes and identifying where improvements can be made or where new processes can be installed.
6.Minimum of five (3) years experience: Researching “best practices” of comparable organizations and analyzing the feasibility of installing them where needed.
7.Minimum of five (3) years experience: Developing new methods and procedures, implementation plans and schedules, and written reports.
8.Minimum of five (3) years experience: Eliciting and documenting business, user, and system requirements
9.Minimum of five (3) years experience: Preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
Desirable Experience Preferred for These Positions:
1.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Superior knowledge of the English language and elevated ability to understand and be understood.
2.Five (5) years experience performing
.Technical Unit product testing
.Leading User Acceptance Testing
.Communication of bugs to technical staff
.Validating system responses against the business requirements including coordinating and scheduling of this effort.
.Experience performing these tasks for .Net web applications preferred.
3.Five (5) or more years experience as a business analyst, with responsibilities including:
.Facilitate, lead, and manage meetings with users to identify and gather business requirements
.Author requirements, rules, and logical design documents
.Review and edit documentation written by other business analysts.
.Experience performing these tasks for .Net web applications preferred.
4.Five (5) or more years experience identifying and documenting
.Business processes, rules, application user requirements,
.Complex security requirements
.Producing Logical Design documents from which developers can code.
