•             Senior level skills and experience providing services across an IT environment that involve Enterprise Architecture (EA) planning and development for one or more areas of EA including: Business Architecture, Information Architecture, Technology Architecture, and Solutions Architecture.

•             Experience in one or more categories of Enterprise-level System Integration, Networking, Common Technical Infrastructure and Services, Web Portals, Service Oriented-Architecture (SOA), Business Process and Data Modeling, Data Standards, Security, Middleware, Data Warehousing, Web Development, Data Security, Extensible Markup Language (XML), Records Retention, and any other area related to EA planning and development to meet business needs.

•             Experience with XML.

•             Experience with Web Services

•             Experience with development methodologies and use cases.

•             Use of Websphere process server and BPEL.

 

Desired Technical Experience:

•             Conducting Assessments/Requirements gathering to identify appropriate ECM solution.

•             Integrating with XML, web services, and MQ Series.

•             Developing and configure data/content entry forms.

•             Implementing process applications (workflow) using prescribed Identify and Document Workflows for software and platforms.

•             Integrating existing scanned images into prescribed software and databases.

•             Transfer knowledge program/technical staff.

•             Implementing imaging applications (scan, index, store, and retrieve) using prescribed software and platforms.

 

Typical Experience with Sought-after Key Software:

•             FileNet P8 and Image Manager products

•             Kofax Ascent Capture

•             TIFF, document imaging & PDF software for .NET development

 

Typical Experience with Sought-after Key Platforms:

•             FileNet P8 BPM

•             FileNet Image Manager (previously Panagon)

•             Kofax Ascent Capture Suite

 

•             Experience with Service Oriented Architecture

•             Experience with secure file transfer

•             Experience with Remoting.

•             Experience working in a cross project or cross team development environment.

•             Development of public facing web applications accessibility features.

•             Creating public facing user interfaces for multiple form factors, e.g. tablets, smart phones etc.

•             Previous experience developing and/or maintaining the following types of web applications:
