Assist DTMB/LARA Agency Services staff with day-to-day issues related to the support and 

maintenance of the Office of Financial and Insurance Regulation (OFIR) PowerBuilder 

application – Obase – using PowerBuilder development tools.

Required:

• 8+ years of programming experience

• 5 year’s experience managing large scale software development projects

• 3 to 5 year’s experience working on State government projects

• PowerBuilder experience

• .NET/Web experience

• Written and verbal communication skills

• Experience providing application training to stakeholders
