.Net developer with ASP.Net, DB2/SQL Server, Visual Studio, Crystal Reports, EMR/EHR/HL7 development, radarcube and healthcare experience

Location: Columbia, SC

Prior Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Health Level 7 (HL7) development experience, while not required, will be weighted heavily. This project will further enhance the current South Carolina Immunization Provider Access System (SCIPAS) by adding functionality for online vaccine ordering and inventory control. SCIPAS is the electronic method for requesting access to the SCI Registry and as such will be built with full audit control functionality to ensure authenticity, integrity, and confidentiality. The contractor will be responsible for coding, documenting and testing of the various components of vaccine ordering and inventory control in SCIPAS as defined in the functional requirements document of the project. All code will be written in ASP.NET. All code will be properly documented using XML documentation standards.  All data will be housed in DHEC’s DB2 and SQL Server enterprise databases.
