ESRI GIS consultant with CAD, i2, Arc SDE, data fusion center, NDI, flex viewer, and government experience

RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES:
•The candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
1.Maintenance and support of the Seahawk Intelligence Operations Center (SIOC) network, servers and systems during and after their transition and integration into the SC State Fusion Center information technology infrastructure.
2.Development and training on GIS tools, to include ESRI products, FLEX viewer and others.
•Integration of SIOC applications and communications into the Fusion Center
•Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills (with all levels of the organization) and a very good command of the English language
•Ability to work with diverse groups and work within the team environment
•Ability to communicate complex ideas and subjects accurately, clearly and concisely
•Proven organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain partnerships within different business units
•Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, complete important time sensitive tasks, adapt quickly to last minute changes and manage multiple projects
