Description:

The NC Department of Transportation Infrastructure Group is seeking a short-term (approx. 12 month) contractor assignment for an Infrastructure Support Specialist for its NCDOT Enterprise Content Management (ECM) project. The selected candidate will provide Windows Server Operating System support for the ECM Project. 

Responsibilities & Duties:

•Development of Technical requirements & definition

•Perform software and hardware evaluation for the ECM Project

•Develop system design for the ECM project

•Implement and document the ECM System build

•Provide support for system testing and deployment

•Provide support and documentation for Post-deployment stabilization

•Provide incident response support and third level problem response

•Provide documentation and testing to insure a reproducible build process

 

Required:

•Experience with OpenText ECM System Configuration & Administration

•Minimum of (2) two years Microsoft Windows 2008 Operating Systems experience

•Minimum of (1) one year Microsoft Sharepoint Server

•Minimum of (1) one year 1-2 Microsoft SQL 2008

•Minimum of (2) two years experience in production support providing incident response and third level problem response

•Excellent troubleshooting skills
