.Net Developer with UML, Visual Studio .Net, Visual Basic 6.0, ASP.Net, IIS, FrontPage, Oracle/PL/SQL, web services, MVC, WebClient factory, TFS, FileNet and government experience

Mandatory Requirements
Note: Candidates not meeting the following mandatory requirements as contained in the RFP will not be considered for further evaluation: Proof of meeting education requirement must be submitted.
1. An Associate’s degree (Pass/Fail)
2. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience developing web sites using one or more of the following tools and techniques:
o Developing user interaction models and user flow diagrams
o Site navigation maps
o User Accessibility and 508 compliance
o State vs stateless applications
o HTML, DHTML, CSS, XSL
o XML
o UML
o Microsoft tools
Visual Studio .Net (or latest version )
Visual Basic 6.0
ASP.Net or ASP
IIS Version 6.0
FrontPage
o Java tools
JSP
Servlets
Java Script
HIS (Pass/Fail)
3. Must have an understanding of database concepts and SQL commands (Pass/Fail)
4. Must be familiar with MS Windows NT 4.0/2000/XP (or latest version of Microsoft Operating System) (Pass/Fail)
Desirable Experience Preferred for These Positions
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Superior knowledge of the English language and elevated ability to understand and be understood. (25 Points)
2. Four (4) or more years demonstrated experience developing complex, large-scale web applications within an N-Tier environment using the following:
o .Net 2.0 or above
o VB.NET
o ASP.NET
o Javascript
o Java, J2EE and Servlets
o JQuery (25 Points)
3. Four (4) or more years in-depth experience with Oracle databases and PL/SQL, including design and deployment of complex SQL objects; experience writing packages, stored procedures and triggers; and relational database design. (25 Points)
4. Four (4) or more years demonstrated experience developing complex web applications utilizing:
o Web Services or WCF
o MVC, or WebClient Factory
o TFS
o Filenet (25 Points)
