JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job responsibilities include the analysis, design and development of .net based web applications and services within the .net 4.0 framework using WCF services, web services, asp.net, and Oracle PL/SQL.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):

·         Must have a minimum of 2 years experience developing web sites using one or more of the following tools and techniques.

·         Developing user interaction models and user flow diagrams

·         Site navigation maps

·         User Accessibility and 508 compliance

·         State vs stateless applications

·          HTML, DHTML, CSS, XSL

·         XML

·         UML

 

§  Four (4) or more years experience performing design and development work in .Net Framework using ASP.Net, VB.Net, Web Services, WCF Services, XML and JavaScript in large N-tiered applications on VM environment using Object Oriented design patterns.  Experience in regression testing and load testing using HP Quick TP and HP load runner for .NET applications.

§  Four (4) or more years experience developing complex, large-scale database application using Oracle 11g, XML DB, PL/SQL Queries, and stored procedures.  Strong problem solving and analytical skills are essential.

§  Four (4) or more years experience in Cognos Business Intelligent (BI) using Cognos 8.x   Framework Model and Reports development, Framework Manager, creating and maintaining packages, Data Modeling including multi-dimensional modeling, design and maintenance of a meta-model.  Prior SDK experience integrating Cognos Reports with ASP.Net application is preferred.

§  Four (4) or more years demonstrated experience analyzing current business processes, related system use and data flow, and recommending alternative business processes, system processes and data flow to customer/end users. Experience in security management of FIPS compliance 501 compliance, cryptography methodologies.  Experience in performing these tasks for large, complex, object oriented .Net web systems is preferred
