Rhapsody Consultant with HL7, XML, Java, .NET, data mapping, SQL/ Oracle development, web services, presciption/pharmacy process, and Government/Healthcare experience

Description:

•     The Technical Integration Specialist will provide technical

expertise to lead efforts to install and configure the Rhapsody Integration Engine.

•     Using the Integration Engine to translate, transform, and archive

HL7, XML, and other messages.

•     Create and maintain data and code mappings for translating local

codes to standard codes for various HL7 message types.

•     Develop and maintain interfaces that are compliant with relevant

standards of the Public Health Information Network (PHIN).

•     Provide general and technical system administration support and

training on the use of the Rhapsody Integration Engine.

 

Requirements:

•     Knowledge of .NET & Microsoft technologies

•     Knowledge of electronic signature technologies

•     Experience in electronic signature technologies

•     Business knowledge of prescription/pharmacy processes

•     Ability to work with State Staff to enable state staff to maintain

and update MAPS system Knowledge of SUITE processes & state standards

•     Knowledge & experience in Configuration Management.

•     Knowledge Project Management processes & DTMB PMO standards.

•     Knowledge of state & federal regulations & requirements in regards

to the prescription/ pharmacy processes.

•     Background check by state of Michigan will be required.

 

Candidates will be evaluated on the following criteria:

Java development - 1 year experience in the last 2 years Extensive knowledge of HL7 messaging standards (2.3.x and 2.5.x) - 1 year experience in the last 3 years Experience with the Orion Rhapsody Integration Engine - 1 year experience in the last 2 years Creating and maintaining data and code mappings - 1 year experience in the last 3 years Translating local codes to standard codes for message interoperability

- 2 year experience in the last 5 years

SQL/Oracle DB and coding experience, especially stored procedures - 1 year experience in the last 3 years Web Services - 1 year experience in the last 2 years Transaction Level Security development - 1 year experience in the last

3 years
