AssetCenter programmer with ConnectIT script, GetResources tool, windows scripting, and Enterprise Discovery experience

Note: Sample programming in AssetCenter and ConnectIT is required
• At least three years experience in AssetCenter application
development programming with appropriate verifiable certifications and references from previous clients. Sample programming will need to be submitted and reviewed by DTMB personnel. Experience with Enterprise Discovery tool preferred.
• At least three years experience in ConnectIT script and Windows
script programming with appropriate verifiable references from previous clients. Sample programming will need to be submitted and reviewed by DTMB personnel.
• At least one year experience with GetResources! tool preferred.
Candidates will be evaluated on the following criteria: (Agency will fill in scoring criteria and provide separate scoring grid to buyer).
• At least three years experience in AssetCenter application

Background on the work requested
The Technical Consultant will provide assistance to the DTMB, Office Automation Services (OA) with the Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM) project. ITAM is used for critical functions such as auditing and tracking State of Michigan (SOM) assets, billing, leasing, managing data ports, and equipment depreciation. The Technology Consultant will work on:
• Ongoing refining and development of ConnectIt scenarios pertaining
to data collection and validation.
• Ongoing updating of software reference tables.
• Establishment of leasing profiles
Objectives
Work with IT Asset Management (ITAM) team to support the ITAM
solution:
• including design modifications,
• troubleshooting,
• researching best practice models,
• integrate with upstream and downstream systems
• and system maintenance/updates
Description of the requested work, including deliverables and knowledge transfer
1. GetResources!/AssetCenter Programming Support.
2. Developing system health dashboard for monitoring AssetCenter
operations.
3. Refining and development of ConnectIt scenarios pertaining to data
collection and validation.
4. Updated software reference tables.
5. Assist with setting up leasing profiles as needed.
6. Developing technical solution for each change request scenario.
7. Knowledge Transfer/Training
