SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:

The candidate will provide sap and prior government experience and knowledge to ensure successful implementation of multiple ongoing SCEIS projects. He/she will assist SCEIS project manager and project team with the SAP system implementation at SC Department of transportation, CAFR reporting and implementation of Business Intelligence/business objects (Bi/BOBJ).

 

DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

•     Access / participate in the resolution of problems, concerns and

issues as required to facilitate orderly / controlled  project implementation

•     Assess project risks based on best practice project experiences

•     Provide suggestion/recommendations of SAP deployment to State

project leadership to in order to mitigate risks and control issues

•     Provide planning services for projecting future strategic direction

and projects

 

REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):

•     10 years of sap experience

•     SAP state/public sector rollouts

•     10 years project management experience on complex projects

•     Excellent written and oral communication skill

•     Advanced problem solving skills (capable of handling complex

problems)

•     Demonstrates leadership

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

4 year college degree (BS/BA)

 

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
