Location: CHARLESTON, SC

Duration: 6 months

Positions: 1

 

DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.    Conduct walk-through assessment of each school for power, data

drops/switches, shelves/furniture, DVD recorders, monitors/TVs

2.    Prepare electrical Scope of Work for rooms requiring additional

power

3.    Prepare data Scope of Work for rooms requiring additional data and/

or switches

4.    Perform VLAN and multi-cast programming per CCSD Specs.

5.    Complete programming and verify installation remotely

6.    Work with vendor and schools to coordinate/schedule installation-

training dates, with training to be completed on same date as installation if equipment is working properly

7.    Report status weekly.

8.    Clear all discrepancies/close out project.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):

Attention to detail

Success managing digital media projects

Hands-on experience configuring Cisco switches

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

Bachelors

 

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
