Description of the requested work, including deliverables and
knowledge transfer
•       Create/Update MAPS SUITE system documentation to DTMB standards
•       Create/Update Configuration Management process to adhere to DTMB
standards
•       Update application to include electronic signature
•       Upgrade to specific requests (RFS).

Requirements
•       Knowledge of .NET & Microsoft technologies
•       Knowledge of electronic signature technologies
•       Experience in electronic signature technologies
•       Business knowledge of prescription/pharmacy processes
•       Ability to work with State staff to enable State staff to maintain
and update MAPS system.
•       Knowledge of SUITE processes & state standards
•       Knowledge & experience in Configuration Management.
•       Knowledge of Project Management processes & DTMB PMO standards.
•       Knowledge of state & federal regulations & requirements in regards
to the prescription/pharmacy processes
•       Background check by state of Michigan will be required.
