Business Analyst with RFP evaluation, Requirements definition, Process modeling, Specifications construction, Documentation and planning experience

The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) HB 1779 program team is seeking a short term (9 month maximum) contractor.

This resource will be utilized on the HB 1779 Program.

Responsibilities of this position include the following:

. Requirements definition

. Process modeling

. Specifications construction

. Documentation, and planning.

 

Required:

. Minimum of five (5)years of requirement development and documentation . Working knowledge of application development life cycle . Planning and management skills - Including: scope, estimating budgeting and resource allocation procedures . Strong analytical and conceptual skills . Positive interpersonal skills . Strong written and Verbal communication skills . Working knowledge of RFP process and industry best practices . Demonstrated experience RFP proposal evaluation . Microsoft Suite experience (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) . Excellent organizational and presentation skills

 

Preferred:

. Proven experience managing RFP process for large programs (>$5M) . Proven experience analyzing programs requirements made up of multiple projects . Proven experience evaluating 3rd party vendor proposals
