Position tasks will include:

•     Requirement Development

•     Test system configuration, installation, and deployment

•     User Acceptance Testing

•     System migration: MS Exchange, SMS, GIS, SQL Server, and others

•     Historical Data Import

•     Parallel Testing

•     Production system configuration, installation, and deployment

•     Production system support

•     Ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement implementation

 

Architect responsibilities include:

•     Directing and manage project development from beginning to end.

•     Defining project scope, goals and deliverables that support business

goals

•     Effectively communicating project expectations to team members and

stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

•     Liaising with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

•     Estimating the resources and participants needed to achieve project

goals.

•     Setting and continually managing project expectations with team

members and other stakeholders.

•     Delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

•     Identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path.

•     Tracking project milestones and deliverables.

•     Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements

documentation, and presentations.

•     Determining the frequency and content of status reports from the

project team, analyzing results, and troubleshooting problem areas.

•     Proactively managing changes in project scope, identify potential

crises, and devising contingency plans.

 

Candidate must have:

•     Experience implementing ITIL standard process

•     Server consolidation experience using virtual technologies

•     Managed a large data center migration

•     Relational database experience

•     Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with systems integration

methods and technologies

•     Demonstrated experience in performing complex analysis, consulting

and providing recommendations to both internal and external clients

•     Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with business processes,

cross business unit initiatives, System Development Life Cycle and best practices of quality management

•     Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

•     Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to providing

direction to cross-functional teams responsible for resolution of complex technical challenges
