Mandatory Requirements

 

1.      A four year college degree

2.      Eight years experience in Data Processing and Computer System Development

3.      Three years experience with mainframe and/or Client/Server systems development

4.      Three years experience with the use of Client/Server and Web language development tools

5.      Three years experience with object oriented development experience

 

            Desirable Experience

 

1.      At least five years experience with large mainframe based computer systems

2.      At least four years experience with COBOL programming including two years of writing requirements and user testing

3.      At least four years demonstrated ability to analyze, document and present the flow of data from a large mainframe environment

4.      At least four years experience reviewing file layouts and file transfer methods
