Mandatory Skills :

1. Ability to create, edit, and maintain Web pages.

2. Experience in using the Web as a business tool, using current Web protocol, Web design best practices, and Web technologies: Minimum 4 years experience in the last 5 years.

3. Experience in formatting web pages as valid HTML documents optimized for search engines. Minimum 4 years experience in the last 5 years.

4. Demonstrated ability to meet with a wide variety of staff to gather input on program web-content and offer advice on improvements.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Minimum 4 years experience in the last 5 years

6. Proficiency in Adobe Dreamweaver (CS1, 2, or 3) – Minimum 4 years experience in the last 5 years

7. Ability to edit JavaScript – Minimum 2 years experience in the last 4 years

8. Proficient in coding and resolving ADA/508 accessibility issues – Minimum 3 years experience in the last 4 years

9. Proficiency using Adobe PhotoShop (CS1, 2, or 3) – Minimum 3 years experience in the past 4 years

10. Proficient in using CSS – Minimum 3 years experience in the past 4 years.

Desirable Skills :

1. SiteCore Content Management System.

2. Content Management Systems

3. Format web pages as valid XHTML documents optimized for search engines.

4. Web Content Development process.
