Mandatory Requirements

1)  Minimum of 3 years experience with supporting end user for application support.

2)  Minimum 2 years experience using end user training software (specified)

3)   Proficient English Language Oral and Written Communication Skills 

Job Description:

This one (1) position will perform helpdesk & end user training using the PROJECT application.  Limited travel may be necessary and travel costs will be reimbursed at New York State rates.  Training methods such as ‘Go To Meeting’ and the production of CD/DVD for online training will be considered as a desirable skill.
