***** FINANCIAL BACKGROUND *******
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:1. Design and implement new software solutions utilizing MST software development practices.
2. Develop Business Process Management (BPM) solutions utilizing IBM WebSphere product suite.REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:1. At least 6 years experience designing and developing SOA software solutions.
2. At least 6 years experience with IBM WebSphere product suite including 2 years with Process Server, WebSphere Message Broker, WebSphere MQ, WebSphere Business Monitor, and WebSphere Business Modeler.
3. Significant experience in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) using IBM products
4. Significant Linux/Unix experience
5. Expert in Object Oriented Programming
6. Expert in relational data modeling principles and techniques.
7. Experience designing applications that run on mission critical high volume databases.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
9. Dedicated to completing assigned tasks on time.ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:1. Experience designing large scale applications using UML.COMMUNICATION SKILLS:1. Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, peers, and management through written and verbal communication.
2. Ability to communicate with customers, internal departments, and other outside parties in a professional manner.
3. Effectively communicate with business analysts, developers, and quality assurance staff in the resolution of technical problemsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:1. 7 years related experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:1. Willing to work overtime, holidays and weekends as requested by management.
